Double-licensed, and ahead of its time
The flex here is the licensing: NFL ‘95 carried both the NFL and NFLPA licenses
- all 28 pro teams and 1,500+ real, individually rated players from the ‘93 season, at a time when plenty of rivals had one license or the other. Under the hood it was ambitious for 1994: editable rosters with trades and free agents, real player photos, and a QB-vision-style passing system that Sega-16 notes beat Madden’s own “QB Vision” by more than a decade. It’s rough in spots, but it swung big.
Acceptable or better, and bundle-ready
Listed acceptable or better - cosmetic wear varies within that bucket, so the photo’s representative rather than the exact cart you’ll get. A solid add-on for a restored Genesis bundle; stack a few games onto a console and the savings add up.
