Shipping
A quick rundown of how orders get built, packed, and shipped.
Handling time
Items in stock are shipped in 1-2 business days. Items not in stock can take 1-2 weeks to build, depending on parts availability. If you have any questions, reach out.
US shipping
Domestic orders ship via USPS or ground service with tracking. Where shipping is free or a flat rate, that’s already baked into the item price. You’ll get a tracking number once the package is on its way.
International shipping
I do not currently ship internationally, and it is often prohibitively expensive. Brazil, for example, charges 60% import duty plus state tax on the declared value including freight, so a small parcel can land with a tax bill bigger than the parts inside it.
If you’re willing to shoulder that cost, or you think your jurisdiction will be more reasonable, contact me and I’m happy to explore options. Any customs duties or import taxes are the buyer’s responsibility.
Lost or damaged in transit
If a package is lost or arrives damaged, contact me and we’ll sort it out together: a replacement, a refund, or a carrier claim, whichever fits. Hang onto the packaging and take photos of any damage; it helps with claims.
