I want you to be satisfied with what you buy. If something isn’t right, reach out and we’ll fix it.
30-day window
If an item arrives dead on arrival or not as described, start a return within 30 days of delivery. Please get in touch before sending anything back so we can agree on the fix and I can give you a return address.
Refund or replacement
For a defective or misdescribed item, you choose: a full refund or a replacement. I’d rather make it right than argue about it.
Custom and made-to-order builds
Custom and made-to-order builds may have limited returns for change-of-mind, since they’re made specifically for you. Defects are always covered — if a custom build arrives faulty or fails to work as specified, I’ll repair, replace, or refund it.
Who pays return shipping
- Defects, DOA, or my error: I cover return shipping.
- Change of mind: the buyer covers return shipping, and the item should come back unused and in original condition.
